meet our church staff

We are blessed to have a team of individuals serve together here at FBC Mansfield.  Our church staff leads out in areas of ministry with lay leadership and key leaders to accomplish the Great Commission in Desoto Parish and beyond.  These gifted people bring to the table a heart for God and creative ministry experiences.

Joe and Sandra came from Pineville, Louisiana where they served on the praise team at Kingsville Baptist Church. Sandra was the church pianist for 35 years and Joe played drums for many years. When they retired they  moved to Toledo Bend where they led worship at Aimwell Baptist Church.    Joe has been singing most of his of his life and was  a member of a Southern Gospel Group.  In 2020 the Lord lead them to be a part of our church family and serve with the Worship Team. They have a deep love for the Lord and have spent their lives serving the Lord thru the musical talents He has blessed them with.

  • marsha adkison, children

Marsha comes to us from Springhill, Louisiana until she moved to Mansfield in 1967.  She accepted Christ as a 9 year old child at Central Baptist Church and understands the importance of sharing the gospel with children in a way they can understand and grasp.  She joined the FBC staff in 2011 and has reached out continually to the children of our community through a variety of ministries, programs, events, and most of all LOVE.

  • ashley boggs, students

Ashley was raised in Blanchard, LA and moved to Frierson with her husband (Bo) in 2008.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science from ETBU where she also felt the Lord calling her to work with students.  She is passionate about teaching students God's Word and and how powerfully it can change their lives.  Their generation represents the biggest missionary field and students living for Jesus can be world changers.  Ashely and Bo have one son, Caden, who they adopted in 2016.
